CARPRO CQUARTZ DLight

CARPRO CQUARTZ DLight is a coating formulated to protect headlights, paint protection film (PPF) and other automotive plastics from UV damage. Its UV absorbers and light stabilisers cover a 260-360 nm spectrum and block UVA and UVB. The coating helps prevent yellowing, fading and cracking, preserves clarity and gloss, improves scratch resistance, and offers hydrophobic, self-cleaning, antistatic and anti-dusting properties. CARPRO states up to 3 years of UV-blocking performance. DLight can also be used as a top coat where extra UV protection is needed.

How to apply

1. Do not apply in direct sunlight or to a hot surface. Work in a ventilated area and use skin and respiratory protection. Test on an inconspicuous area first.
2. Shake the bottle well. Slowly open it and draw one or two lines of DLight onto a suede-wrapped applicator. A CARPRO microfiber applicator or cotton pads can also be used.
3. Allow 3-5 minutes to flash at 25 C, or 5-7 minutes at 15 C. Wipe off all excess with a microfiber towel.
4. If high spots remain for too long, reapply DLight and wipe off immediately.
5. Apply at least two layers, allowing one hour of drying time between layers. Keep the treated surface out of water for at least 24 hours.

Do not reuse 4-inch suede applicators or towels used to buff off the coating. Keep out of reach of children. Seller options: 10 ml, 30 ml, 50 ml and 100 ml.
